Luis Jauregui, AIA

Luis Jauregui, A.I.A., is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Design and a Masters of Architecture. A registered Architect and registered Interior Designer, Luis is highly esteemed among his peers within the design and construction industry.
Luis is a long standing member of the national and local American Institute of Architects (AIA), having been a founding member and serving long term on the leadership committee of national AIA’s Knowledge Community Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN); as founding member of Austin’s AIA CRAN committee; and as a board member as Treasurer of the Austin Chapter of AIA. Luis has provided exceptional leadership in the Home Builders Association of Austin, serving as President in 1999 and as director with the local, state and national homebuilder’s associations. Luis co-founded Austin’s Custom Builder Council and was elected to NAHB’s elite Builder 20, a nationally selected group of million dollar homebuilders.
Community involvement includes serving as board member for the Austin Community College Foundation, board member for the Mexic-Arte Museum, board member for the Caritas Clinic; president and founding member of the Austin International Group; appointee to the Economic Development Commission to the City of Austin, Long Range Planning Committee of Eanes ISD; supporter of various Austin philanthropic groups.

Susan Jauregui has been an active real estate Broker since 1986 and is committed to the highest standards of representation for her clients. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Susan is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors, and holds designations from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). She serves as the designated Broker for Jauregui, Inc. and Jauregui Properties, Inc.
Community involvement includes serving as a board member for Scenic View Westlake Property Owners Association, the Travis County Municipal Utility Board #14 from 2005 to 2014 and the Villita West Office Condominiums since 2010; member of the women’s organization Barton Creek 8212 Club; and supporter of several philanthropic organizations including the Andy Roddick Foundation, Hospice and St. David’s Foundation.
Jim Gandy, AIA
As a 30 year seasoned residential architect, with 20 years at Jauregui, Jim Gandy, AIA, is a highly esteemed member of the architectural team. Jim brings a critical eye for design detail, and an adroitness to creating exceptionally livable plans that makes residential design look deceptively easy. Thanks to Jim and our great team of architects and designers, each Jauregui project is imbued with that illusive Wow factor that makes each home so memorable.
Jim received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Minnesota in 1976.
Sean Williamson, A.I.A. and Senior Architect, brings an artist’s eye and well trained hand to preliminary design work. In addition to a decade of quality design experience and architectural management from Chas Architects, Sean graduated cum laude from Drury University, earning multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in Architecture, Studio Art, Art and Architecture History, Philosophy and Religion. He most recently completed his MBA from Washington University for which he completed his internship in Hong Kong.
Maria Abarca, AIA
Architect, LEED AP
With over ten years at Jauregui, Maria brings a critical eye as an architect to project drawings and specifications. Her broad experience includes interfacing with project engineers and design review boards. Maria is a registered architect who is LEED AP certified. She holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
As Architect, Rob Ward contributes to the development of extensive construction documents including drawings and specifications to insure that the architect's design is properly documented. Rob received his Master of Architecture from the University of Texas with a specialization in Historic Preservation. Rob additionally holds a Bachelor of Music from SMU.
Martin earned a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from La Salle University in Cuernavaca, Mexico as well in Graphic Representation and Photography. Martin has applied his creative passion to the area of landscape architecture, and has worked with other notable architect firms and construction companies in the design and implementation of commercial and residential landscape projects.
Nancy Kambalia earned a Master of Architecture and a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Saurashtra University, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Nancy is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects and serves as a project architect.
Crystal Montelongo graduated magna cum laude from Texas State University with a Bachelor degree in Interior Design. Crystal brings a high level of proficiency in AutoCad and Revit with strong experience in the production of interior design details. She is fearless when it comes to IT challenges.

Susie Jauregui earned a Bachelor of Science in Design Management from Parson Design School in New York and an MBA at St. Edward’s University with a focus in Operations Management. Susie always earns rave reviews from her clients and is respected as a department manager.

Amanda Edwards earned her Bachelors of Interior Design at Texas Tech University, is a registered interior designer and a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) since 2008. Amanda is a skillful designer whose easy nature is enjoyed by clients and peers alike.

Katie Poulos holds a BA in Graphic Design from St. Edward’s University, studied Interior Design at Texas State University and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Katie brings strong leadership to her projects and is an integral member of the design department.
Mary Margaret Chaney
Mary Margaret earned a BS in Interior Design with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a member of the American Socieiy of Interior Designers (ASID). Mary Margaret brings strong experience in high-end residential finishes and furnishings.
Lorna Gardner brings over ten years seniority as Construction Estimator for Jauregui. Lorna's main priority is evaluating cost of materials and labor for each job and procuring work contracts for construction. Additionally, Lorna oversees current and historical cost reporting systems and provides overall management to the construction department. With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Lorna is knowledgeable in all aspects of project management and administration.
Dwayne Pippin studied engineering at Texas Tech University and brings extensive construction experience and knowledge to his position as Project Builder. Located in The Woodlands, Dwayne is a seasoned construction veteran whose commitment to his projects makes him a valuable member of the construction team.
Joe brings over 20 years of residential construction experience to Jauregui. A graduate of UT in Business Administration, Joe comes back to his Texas roots via extensive years in the Florida market.
Ray Sasser initially began his career as a design draftsman but found his passion working in design build. As a seasoned Project Builder, Ray is committed to his team, his trades and to his homeowners. Ray goes the extra mile to insure that his projects are built to high standards.
Denise Alejandro studied construction management and drafting, and has garnered over a decade of experience in construction and project management. Denise instills confidence in her clients with her strong work ethic and construction knowledge.
Alex Gonzalez holds a Bachelor degree in Public Administration from Texas State University. Alex brings years of experience in management and administration to his position as Purchasing Assistant. His role is primarily in contract negotiations with trades and suppliers.
Denise Herrara earned a B.F.A. in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture from the University of Houston. Denise is very experienced in construction administration, bringing strong organizational and leadership skills to her projects.
Elizabeth Jauregui earned a Bachelor in Restaurant Management and an Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. As an integral part of the project team, Elizabeth coordinates construction and specification related requirements for multiple projects.
Ashlea Schopf earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Texas at San Antonio. As project coordinator, Ashlea brings experienced project analysis and administration to multiple projects in construction.
As Purchasing Manager, Gail O'Kelly is responsible for the review and management of all construction invoices, vendor accounts, and equipment logs as well as providing general assistance to the Estimator. Gail attended West Texas State A&M and brings extensive administrative experience in high-end residential construction.
Mattie Wissing earned a BA in Historic Preservation with a concentration in Construction/Rehabilitation from the College of Charleston. With a background in construction estimating and project management, Mattie provides strong support to the purchasing department.
Dalia Hanson earned a Bachelor in Professional Studies and an Associate in Occupational Studies from the Culinary Institute of American, NY. As Purchasing Coordinator, Dalia brings support and organization to the purchasing department.
Cameron Collins earned a degree in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and a Bachelor in Business Administration and Marketing from St. Edwards’ University. Cameron supports the interiors department in the purchase and coordination of furnishings for all our wonderful projects.
Jaime Guiod studied Graphic Design and Business Administration in Boston MA and brings well rounded experience in both administration and management. As Construction Assistant, Jaime works across various departments including purchasing, estimating and project management.
Donna Imber earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Houston. Donna is a committed professional with 25 years of accounting and office management expertise. As Accounts Manager, Donna's knowledge and abilities are highly regarded.
