Luis Jauregui
PrincipalsPresident / Lead Architect & Builder
Luis Jauregui, A.I.A., is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Masters Degree in Architecture and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Design. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Austin Chapter AIA.
Mr. Jauregui has provided exceptional leadership in the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin (HBA), serving as President in 1999 and as director for many consecutive years. He is also a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association. Luis is a member of The Custom Builder Council (HBA) which he helped to establish, and has served as its president. He has been appointed as a state and national director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and was elected to NAHB's elite Builder 20, a nationally selected group of million dollar home builders.
Other past and present affiliations include the Austin Community College Foundation Board; Long Range Planning Committee of Eanes ISD; The Austin International Group, President; Mexic-Arte Museum Board; Caritas Clinic Board; and appointee to the Economic Development Commission to the City of Austin.

Susan Jauregui
PrincipalsVP Sales & Marketing / Broker
Susan Jauregui is a respected Realtor/broker, G.R.I., dedicated professionally to assisting Jauregui clients in their new home needs. A graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Journalism, Susan's primary responsibilities are areas of Marketing, New Business and Brokerage. She is the initial contact for new clients and remains involved throughout the design/build process. Susan brings a Realtor's expertise to the sales and negotiations of our speculative homes, and is a strong advocate to our Realtor associates.
Susan is an active member in the Austin, Houston and San Antonio Boards of Realtors. Professional designations include the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) candidate. Susan also serves on the board of Travis County Municipal Utility District #14.

Jim Gandy

A ten year plus veteran at Jauregui, Jim Gandy, A.I.A., is a registered architect and lead project designer. As department head, Jim directs the architects and projects from preliminary design thru completed construction drawings.
Jim received his bachelor of architecture from the University of Minnesota in 1976. He brings invaluable experience of over 25 years in residential design to Jauregui.

Sean Williamson
ArchitectureSenior Architect
Sean Williamson, A.I.A. and Senior Architect, brings an artist's eye and well trained hand to preliminary design work. In addition to a decade of quality design experience and architectural management from Chas Architects, Sean graduated cum laude from Drury University, earning multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in Architecture, Studio Art, Art and Architecture History, and Philosophy and Religion. He most recently completed his MBA from Washington University for which he completed his internship in Hong Kong.

Maria Abarca

With over ten years at Jauregui, Maria brings a critical eye as an architect to project drawings and specifications. Her broad experience includes interfacing with project engineers and design review boards. Maria is a registered architect who is LEED AP certified. She holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Greg Burkett

Before joining Jauregui, Greg Burkett worked with high end residential design firms in both Colorado and Houston. Greg brings an engineer's training to technical construction details, and is particularly knowledgeable in the area of structural framing systems.
Greg is a registered architect who earned dual degrees from Texas Tech University in Architecture and Civil Engineering.

Rodney Birck

Rodney Birck joined the Jauregui team with over 10 years of experience in high-end luxury residential design, and holds a Masters of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University. Rodney assists with architectural production and is well versed in all aspects of technical drawings and design. Recently married, Rodney is focused on attaining his Architect's license.

As Intern Architect, Rob Ward contributes to the development of extensive construction documents including drawings and specifications to insure that the architect's design is properly documented. Rob received his Master of Architecture from the University of Texas with a specialization in Historic Preservation. Rob additionally holds a Bachelor of Music from SMU.

Crystal Montelongo

Crystal Montelongo works closely with both the architectural and interior design departments, providing detailed construction drawings for architectural elements such as decorative iron, carved stone and cabinet embellishments. Crystal graduated magna cum laude from Texas State University with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design.

Whitney Cooper earned her Masters in Architecture with an emphasis in Sustainability and her Bachelors of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas and University of Michigan, respectively. Whitney brings well rounded experience to her position as Architect Intern where she focuses on new product research, maintaining Jauregui's design library at the cutting edge.

Susie Jauregui is an Interior Designer for the Furnishings Department at Jauregui. A graduate of Parsons Design School in New York with additional studies at Parsons Paris, Susie earned a Bachelor of Science in Design Management. Susie is pursuing an MBA at St. Edward's University, Austin, with a focus in Operations Management.

With over 6 years experience in the design industry, Stacie Lassetter assists clients with interior selections and finishes such as specialty flooring, decorative glass, tile patterns and more. Stacie graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and a minor in Architecture, from the University of Houston.

Lorna Gardner brings over ten years seniority as Construction Estimator for Jauregui. Lorna's main priority is evaluating cost of materials and labor for each job and procuring work contracts for construction. Additionally, Lorna oversees current and historical cost reporting systems and provides overall management to the construction department. With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Lorna is knowledgeable in all aspects of project management and administration.

As Purchasing Manager, Gail O'Kelly is responsible for the review and management of all construction invoices, vendor accounts, and equipment logs as well as providing general assistance to the Estimator. Gail attended West Texas State A&M and brings extensive administrative experience in high-end residential construction.

Patty Hamilton obtained a Bachelors degree from The University of Texas at Austin where she was on the women's golf team.
